For starters, we are an ideal choice because we give our clients total freedom. We understand that letting a stranger into your home may be daunting. As such, we consider the Client’s preferences in the selection of a caregiver. A relative or close friend may assist in the selection process. This accords the freedom to make certain choices of the caregiver, such as the caregiver’s gender and age group. Once the selection is complete, we develop a job description that encompasses the duties, responsibilities and working hours.
